The movie files are in .mp4 and .wmv formats. Q. What system requirements do I need?
You will need an iPod or Windows Media Player 9 or above to view the movies. We recommend that your system have at least 2 GB of hard drive space 500 MHZ processor, 128 MB ram, and Internet Explorer 6. We also recommend that you use a high speed internet connection, that is DSL or faster, to download movies from LDSFilms2go.com. How long do I keep the files I download?
Purchasing a movie gives the purchaser a limited license to keep and play the movie as many times as wanted. For more details on the limited license, please see the User Agreement. Q. What if I delete the movie files I download?It is your responsibility to secure your movie files on your computer or storage device. Please make a back-up copy of your video in case the original file is damaged or corrupted. LDSFilms2go.com cannot warrant the movie files once they are on your system. However, purchased movie files will be available in your user account for download for a limited period of time. Q. What if I have a problem with my files or when I am downloading?Check your video file to see if the download was completed first. Every movie file on LDSFilms2go.com is larger than 800 MB. To determine the size of the file you downloaded, right-click on the file and click properties. The file properties should indicate the file size. If your file is less than 800 MB, your download was incomplete. Download the file again from your account. If the file will not download, check your internet connection or call your internet service provider. If you still have problems please contact us and we will assist you. Q. Can I download a movie and play the file on another computer or device?
The DRM or digital rights management encryption added to each download will not allow the user to play a movie file that has been transfered from one computer to another. Please purchase, download and view the file from the same computer. Q. of our .mp4 movies (iPod version movies) on your Apple TV. Q. How does the referral program work?Spread the news about LDSFilms2go.com by sending a referral to a friend. This can be done by logging into your LDSFilms2go account and clicking on the referral link that appears on the menu. Enter the requested information into the required fields and click “send”. Once they sign-up for a free account and make their first purchase, you will both earn a free download.
