General Use of the Site

You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the Site in any way.

Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. LDSFilms2go makes no warranties or representations regarding the content located on such sites. LDSFilms2go does not accept any responsibility or liability for content contained at such sites.

Downloading and Purchasing Video Content

(3.1) Before you download any Video Content, carefully read this Agreement. By downloading the Video Content you fully and irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement. Before you can download any Video Content, you will be asked to accept all the terms of the Agreement. If you do not wish to accept all the terms of this Agreement, you will not be able to download the Video Content.

(3.2) Video content is sold from the LDSFilms2go.com website and is available to users who sign up for or otherwise establish an LDSFilms2go.com account. You may wish to set up an account by choosing a username and password. You must provide accurate and complete information when setting up/establishing your account. It is also your responsibility to maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of your account. You agree to immediately notify LDSFilms2go if your password is compromised. You hereby agree to keep your password private and secure. Do not allow friends, family, business associates or other persons access to or use of such username or password. Do not post the username or password on any website nor transmit it through unsecured sites. LDSFilms2go shall not be responsible whatsoever in the event that your password is mishandled or misappropriated by a third party. You agree that you are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including without limitation, any fees which may be incurred under your password-protected account, whether or not you are the individual who undertakes such activities.

(3.3) Purchases are made through the checkout section of the Site. For your convenience and security, all transactions are completed through PayPal, a secure, third-party payment broker. All payments will be sent to the PayPal account associated with the email address: payments@LDSFilms2go.com.

(3.4) Once a purchase is completed and payment has been secured, a download link will be provided to the purchaser. LDSFilms2go will provide a download link via email to the appropriate version of the file that was purchased. Users should immediately visit the link to commence downloading the purchased content. The link will be available for 48 hours or until the download is successfully completed. You agree that it is important to begin your download immediately and to complete the download as quickly as possible and within the designated 48 hour period. You agree that the download link cannot be maintained indefinitely and that time is of the essence. You agree that the link may not be available past the 48 hour download period and your download may be forfeited by you.

(3.5) You acknowledge that the video file may require certain hardware and/or software to properly use the purchased file or content. It is your responsibility to determine if the file is usable on your system before you complete your purchase. Additionally, once the download is completed, it is your responsibility to protect the file from loss, damage, destruction, or any other event that could render the file unusable. Files and/or download links may not be made available once a download is successfully completed.

(3.6) LDSFilms2go respects the rights and copyrights of content and copyright owners and takes every step to ensure that the rights of the owners of the content and copyrighted material are protected. If you think that there is a copyright infringement or that copyrighted material is posted on the LDSFilms2go.com website without the proper permissions, please email admin@LDSFilms2go.com and we will address your concern immediately.

(3.7) You may not copy, distribute, transfer, sublicense, publicly perform, publicly display, create derivative works of, sell, or offer to sell any or any portion of the content downloaded and/or purchased from LDSFilms2go without LDSFilms2go prior written consent. You may not disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any portion of the digital rights management software encoded on the content purchased and/or downloaded from the Site. You may not remove or alter any marks of attribution associated with the content or display the content whatsoever in any fashion or method in any other medium.

Limited Liability

You hereby acknowledge and understand that such risk is inherent in interacting with any website, including this Site, and take full responsibility for any harm, danger or damage that ensues due to any such breach in security. Indemnification

(5.1) These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in the State of Utah in any and all claims or disputes arising out of or otherwise relating to these Terms of Use or this Site.

(5.2) You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LDSFilms2go and its subcontractors from and against any and all liability and costs in connection with any claim arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of your obligations set forth herein. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim.

Web Logs (Blogs)

(6.1) Blogs and/or blogging may be available for use on the Site. In order to post anything in the blog columns, you must agree to the following:

(6.1.1) You acknowledge that all communication on the blog portion of the Site is public

(6.1.2) You acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy when posting on the blog

(6.1.3) Any illegal activity on the blog will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency

(6.1.4) You will not post content that infringes on the copyrights of others

(6.1.5) You will not post explicit, obscene, indecent, abusive or otherwise unlawful content

(6.1.6) You will not post language that could be considered offensive

(6.1.7) You will not post language that could be considered harassment or stalking

(6.1.8) You will not post content that could be considered advertising or solicitation

(6.1.9) You will not post information that is false or misleading

(6.1.10) You will not impersonate another person or user

(6.2) LDSFilms2go reserves the right to edit, refuse to post or remove any post at any time for any reason. If you disregard the agreement, your account may be removed. Any information or material posted on the blog becomes the sole property of LDSFilms2go.
